Obiectivele cursului
Cursul prezinta participantilor, intr-o forma atractiva si interactiva, conceptele si instrumentele de baza, necesar a fi cunoscute in activitatile de gestiune a stocurilor evidentiate in procesul de productie al unei firme.
In urma acestui curs veti fi in masura sa gasiti raspunsuri corecte la urmatoarele intrebari importante privind optimizarea stocurilor:
- Cat de ridicate trebuie sa fie stocurile de care aveti nevoie?
- Cand sa lansati comenzile de innoire a stocurilor?
- Cat de mult sa comandati?
- Ce probleme apar cand stocurile sunt prea ridicate?
- Ce probleme apar cand stocurile sunt prea scazute?

Cursul-ul se adreseaza in principal persoanelor implicate direct in activitatile de aprovizionare - logistica.
De asemnea, persoanele care, prin activitatile desfasurate, sunt implicate in asigurarea si optimizarea stocurilor necesare in procesul de productie – vanzare vor identifica o serie intreaga de aspecte interesante.

Costuri asociate stocurilor
Controlul stocurilor. Metoda ABC. Tehnicile just-in-time
Modelarea procesului de stocare. Optimizarea stocurilor . Punctul de reaprovizionare
- Modele cu cantitate fixa de reaprovizionare
- Modelul Lotului optim de comanda
- Modelul Lotului optim de productie
- Modelul Discount-ului de cantitate
- Modele probabilistice
- Modele cu perioada fixa de reaprovizionare
